Subscription & Billing Policy

This Policy forms part of the SiteCobba Terms & Conditions. It explains how subscriptions, renewals, cancellations and refunds work.

1. Free Trial

SiteCobba offers a free trial period (currently 14 days). At the end of the trial you must subscribe to continue using paid features. We may change or end the trial offer at any time.

2. Subscription Plans

Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or yearly basis. Pricing is shown in-app at the time of purchase in NZD or AUD (or local currency where required by the relevant app store). Applicable GST is included or added as required by law.

3. Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price, charged to your saved payment method or app-store account, until you cancel. By subscribing you authorise these recurring charges.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time:

  • Web/Stripe subscriptions: from your account billing page or by emailing help@onsitecobba.com.
  • Apple App Store subscriptions: via Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device. SiteCobba cannot cancel App Store subscriptions on your behalf.
  • Google Play subscriptions: via the Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You retain access until then.

5. Refunds

All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods, unused features, downgrades, or accounts cancelled before the end of a paid period. Refund requests for App Store or Google Play purchases must be made through Apple or Google respectively, in accordance with their refund policies.

6. Failed Payments

If a scheduled payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds, declined transaction or any other reason), we may retry the charge, downgrade your account to read-only, suspend access to paid features and/or terminate your subscription. You remain liable for any unpaid fees.

7. Account Suspension for Non-Payment

Accounts with overdue balances may be suspended without notice. Data is retained during suspension but you will not be able to access paid features until the balance is cleared. Prolonged non-payment may result in account termination and deletion of data, subject to our retention obligations.

8. Price Changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. We will give you reasonable advance notice (at least 30 days for material increases) before the change takes effect. If you do not agree to the new price you may cancel before the next renewal.

9. Taxes

Prices may be exclusive or inclusive of GST as indicated at the point of purchase. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or levies that apply to your use of SiteCobba beyond those we collect.

10. App Store Terms

If you subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the relevant store's billing terms also apply, and that store — not SiteCobba — is your merchant of record for the transaction.
